Doctors Without Borders, Innocence Project are ones I’d actually donate to.

Maybe OxFam for volunteer opportunities but I’m not sure if they’ve fallen into the whole Toms, Goodwill model.

Your local outdoor places if they do things like river clean ups.

Anything local...food bank, animal shelter, etc.

If you're looking for something bigger, Samaratin's Purse does a lot of work helping people in times of disaster. They went to New York in 2020 and set up a field hospital even though New Yorkers were trying to drive them out for being a religious organization. they don't care, they want to help.
