Might be going there with friends this summer. Pros, Cons?

Pros and cons? Might have sharks? It's a beach man, so it will have water, fish, sand, people, and will be hot in the summer. You'll be surrounded by vacationers since nobody who lives in Florida goes to the panhandle but the beaches are just as good as elsewhere in the state.
Bring a stubby holder if you plan to drink on the beach (I'm sure you do) as its technically illegal but nobody actually cares unless you are a big douche or throwing cans everywhere, but at least a coozie makes it less obvious so the beach patrol doesn't see you pounding brews in the open.

It's a really nice beach. Not a top tier party spot or anything like that unless you decide to go during Billy Bowlegs which is like a redneck version of freaknik. People go fukn wild during that chit

Have fun man, I don't live in Florida anymore and haven't since 2018 and the ability to grab a few buddies and maybe some girls, pack our **** in the truck bed and head to the beach whenever is one of the things I do miss.
