Boyos, just applied for an LLC for the lulz

Looking into it further now, if I get an EIN and a DUNS number I can apply for credit lines. I don't even really have a business plan at all lmao, will be applying for small business grants tho. Maybe I'll get a trailer and open a booth in a flea market selling overstock goods, idk. Any tips on taxing government joos on small business shekels? They'll gladly give $10,000 to any person of color with $45 dollars who can read long enough to fill out an application, but unfortunately I'm white, so I'll probably end up in debt. Should be fun


[Edit] have LLC, EIN, DUNS, a storage building full of products from my liquidation pallets, a website. We def getting a little more srs now, this is taking more time and money than I initially planned for,cbut it's interesting and I'm learning a lot.

LLC was approved through my state, I'm a whole company now lol, also got EIN today, so I guess tmrw I'll go try and open a business account at the bank. My personal credit is non existent, so idk how that'll effect business lines of credit and ****, but my goal tonight is probably apply for some business credit cards, may go halves with my homie on some overstock pallets Saturday, I called one flea market today and im on their waiting list to get a booth. Interesting, to say the least

Drove five hours and picked up two liquidation pallets, broke em down and put em in my storage building yesterday. On the waiting list for several flea market booths, filled up a 7x7 with those two cheap ass pallets and only found one broken item, only listed about four on my site, all the new chit is chit I actually have in my possession, no dropshipping involved. I'm getting a little more srs about it now.

Yea, I spent about fifteen hours yesterday doing chit for it, two five hour drives, loading and unloading pallets, dealing with flats on my trailer, unloading into my storage building. Kinda fuarked lol

Any serious credit will be based on your personal credit and will also be a personal guarantee.

It's def good learning though building business credit, working on the DNB stuff etc - just make sure to not buy anything from DNB, you don't need to and they try to sell you hard on their products.
