When I was in a mental hospital, they didn’t let me have my phone. You must be in a pretty lax facility.

Oh well that’s pretty cool. TBH. It would be nice having that freedom. My entire month was strictly regimented and they woke me up every 2 hours to check vitals and stuff for the first week Worst experience ever.

However, their food was restaurant quality it was absolutely fantastic and I mean it. Their food was SOOOOOO good. Better than home cooking.

After I got my appetite back after a couple weeks, every morning I’d have some plain yogurt and they had some blackberries, raspberries, blueberries. They had everything.

Then Lunch and Dinner were just incredible. They only let us buy a certain amount of snacks per day. But the food services staff was seriously amazing.

But no phones

Do you have hopes to get rid of bpd with some medication, passage of time and or lifestyle modifications? or you just accept that it’s part of you and live your life

They screen for suicidal ideation during your initial evaluation. Most people where I was at are stable and safe to undergo “treatment”, and don’t normally require one-to-one supervision or a locked unit.

The whole experience was so annoying except for the food and occasionally when they would do acupuncture in our ears srs. And we could play chess. I didn’t like to talk about stuff especially in group settings.

It was sad to see so many young people going through so much. Struggling with really bad stuff. And it’s hard to see that and know you’re also in the same boat.

But most people were really cool and funny. I kinda look back on that time fondly, in a way.

Some of the workers were douchebags though.

I'm on meds and I do therapy,

But yes it won't completely go away. I just accept it.

On the plus side everytime i'm here I meet nice sloots
