well you are doing to die 20 years earlier than you would if you werent so consumed by gluttony, dead serious

so you need to change your whole relationship with food because right now you are living life worse than most drug addicts because a lot of them will live longer than you with your addiction

If you are at the point of eating massive meals of fat on fat on fat out of to go orders then you are pretty extreme.


I would worry about that before worrying about how much you need to cut LOL....
