Anyone wake up really tired?

Even on 8+hrs of sleep?

I don't think I can work a fulltime job rn, the last 4 companies ive worked for i had to resign

I'm using otrivin and a claritin everday and after 12 hrs, my nose is congested as fk. Had tested positive on allergy tests and got a septoplasty planned in the future.

Yeah, rn im useless af, just saving money living at home

Yeah thats call chronic fatigue. Did you have covid?

Might have sleep apnea, get a sleep study done.

Some people see luck with anti-histamines, high doses of vitamin D, electrolyte (snake juice) mix

Thanks brah. I never had covid so I'm in luck with that, but yeah the fatigue is pretty brutal.

have your blood work done, your thyroid may be acting up or you are lacking a possible vitamin you dont know about.

and possibly have a sleep study done if you can if everything checks out.

def go to the doc and have your blood work done, i actually just went 2 days ago because of feeling the same. I wake up tired, I sleep 7-8hrs each night, and i'm usually good for the morning once i wake up but then downhill again after only a just a few hours.

waiting for the results now.

it sucks. but at the same time, sitting around rotting doesn't help either.

Feel like a corpse every morning, regardless of how much sleep. When I open my eyes in the morning, I cannot fathom how I can possibly get up and get started.

If I don't get up right away, I can sleep another 6 hours no problem.

If I do get up right away, regardless of how tired I am, I feel perfectly fine and awake within less than 5 minutes lol. So, I don't give in to my daily urge to sleep longer, I just get up and go. Feel fine every time I do. On the rare occasion that I do NOT get up on the weekend and choose to give in to how tired I am, my wife is waking me up at like noon lol and I could keep sleeping.

Just get up and go, you'll be fine in a few minutes.

Sometimes, but usually once I'm up and moving I'm fine.

Usually in bed by 10, asleep by 11 and alarm goes off at 6.

I'm usually good to go with 5-6 hours of sleep.
