Have sex 2-3x a day last 6 years straight

I can probably count how many days I’ve missed and never been more then 1 day at a time. What’s the point of living if you don’t enjoy that

I also workout 7x a week last 13 years straight and no more then a two weeks total off a year


I can’t imagine not getting laid/lifting weights every day or how men survive without those two



I maintain at 4K calories 218 5 11 8-10% body fat.

All of them.

I remember I had one Russian model girlfriend who was a 11/10 but she tricked me
