I been training at home for the last year using maximum 20lbs dumbells; but maximizing my workouts by doing tons of supersets....Like an entire set will an entire superset of at least 6-7 exercises back to back.

If I went to an actual gym I'm sure I could do a lot more...

I weigh about a little below 160lbs.

Fair enough, are gyms still shut where you live? Or do you just prefer home workouts? Heard parts of Canada have still have stupid covid restrictions and vaccine mandates.

I could train at a gym if I wanted to; but im so used to training how I want, when I want that I'll train at home. Things could change when I return to work. Currently working from home
