As everyone on the misc knows house prices crashed last month and desperate sellers are now unloading their beachfront properties at a 60% discount.

Prices still stupid high and trending up in Cali. I don't think it will be a real crash, I think it will just correct and return to the previous baseline. Still though I don't see them dropping dramatically demand is still high and inventory is still low. For every house on the market there are 5 first time home buyers wanting it, and every time it seems they all get outbid by an institution

I haven't seen much movement in my trailer park yet...4 down the dirt road just sold weeks for 20% over asking price. Averaged price was 31k...some with the run down car in the yard included too

i dont see prices going down when the mafia tribe that runs this country can
-print infinity fiat monopoly money
-use it to buy up all assets including houses that they can get their hands on at or above market price
