First two officers should've contained the scene and waited for back up. They shouldn't have gone hands on. When there are eight officers present the subject would likely be arrested without a fight.


It's psychological. If someone is one-on-one they might feel brave and like fighting, but if someone is standing in front of eight men he's going to think "Obviously I can't beat them all up and should comply."

Why not call in the entire fking police department for one drunk dude? lmao. You expect the two cops to just stand around while he man-handles women? All they did was try to talk to him and calm him down and he KO'd one of them.

There's not much psychological going on with this drunk dude. He probably felt like he could take on 20 people, regardless if they were cops (authority figures with guns). If there were any reasoning or logical thinking with the guy in the first place he wouldn't have sucker punched a cop and attacked another.
