Chestbrah says he is ready to cement his legacy in just 5 days time

Chestbrah is ready to shock the world and cement his legacy within 5 days, where he will be competing in the WBFF gold coast, where he plans to come 1st

Some interesting quotes from Chestbrah from his social media/podcasts
-"My brother and I, along with the aesthetics crew, were the true OG's of the fitness industry. Go to any busy gym when its packed and ask around and I guarantee at least 90% have heard of Zyzz and Chestbrah.

-"People accuse me of using my brother's name for fame. Thats simply not true. Keep in mind it was I who introduced my little brother to the gym, and we both made a name for ourselves. When he passed away, I was depressed and angry, and the gym became my outlet for the next decade where I build an untouchable physique that would make my brother proud."

"Yes I use steroids, but they are not magic. Lots of people who are on gear have mediocre physiques if they do not put in the hard work. People don't see the thousands of hours of gruelling gym sessions and strict diets needed to achieve below 6% body fat".

"People often ask me why I still look small despite almost a decade of juicing. My goal was never to be huge or a mass monster. I aim to build the most aesthetic physique with the right proportions, and I think too much muscle on my frame looks silly and unnatural. I prefer the classic look of Frank Zane over the modern IFBB monsters, who also deserve credit for their hard work"

I think OG would be some one like Arnold or Frank Zane. Zyzz and Chestbrah did influence lots of people though

i go to the gym to build a good physique

i'm talking about bodybuilders whether it's competing or posting endless instagram pics to get validation from others

i have no problem with a guy who just want to get massive but don't expect others to care or else you end up like this guy;

Yeah I remember Zyzz had that natural charisma that drew people to him. Nowadays people try to copy him with the shorts, physique, tattoos but it comes across as fake and forced

According to Urban Dictionary's most popular definition, OG is an abbreviation of the words 'Original Gangster', which is what the term was used for at first. Since then however, it has also been used to simply mean that something or someone is 'original'—meaning, the first of its kind.

Thanks I was just thinking it could mean original but then I expect him to be an original something not just an original which doesn't really make sense.

Chestbrah has always been kind of insecure and defensive when people call him out

This was back when Jail bait warrior said Chestbrah had no chest. Funny times

He could. He would a WBFF pro.

http://www.wbffshows.com.au/f-a-q/
IF I WIN AN AMATEUR CATEGORY, WILL I OBTAIN “PRO STATUS”?

A competitor who competes in our show may be awarded their WBFF Pro Card at the judge’s discretion, if they display the qualities of a WBFF Pro. Winning your division does not automatically guarantee a Pro Card.
I dunno if his public persona and open admittance of being a juicer would work in his favour... "qualities of a WBFF Pro".

He is looking great, I wish him the best.

He is on gear we assume? I mean I am no Zyzz fanboy but if I recall we suspect his death could have been possible caused by gear use? (Among other things obviously). Surprising Chest would use after that. If he is 100% natty it's God tier achievement aesthetics for late 30s IMO.

chestbrah was peak aesthetics a couple years ago, before he adopted the weird rock star look

If he built up his legs...he actually has an insane physique. More balanced traps than his brother, symmetrical 8 pack, and crazy chest.
