Not sure what to believe after I found this 1978 documentary warning that an ice age was coming.

Cool narration by Leonard Nimoy tho.

Imagine thinking that mining lithium for batteries that last 60k miles is saving our future, while 90% of the world dumps toxic chit into the rivers/oceans and is going through their own coal/petrol burning industrial revolutions.

The whole green energy industry is the biggest scam in human history. You have politicians telling us the world is going to end unless we shift to green energy, yet they never impose sanctions or go after countries like China or India who by their own standards are destroying the climate.

If what you fear monger to get people to vote for you is true then you would do more to stop it abroad, right? They don't. It's all about the money.

If you live west of the Mississippi, you absolutely should. Every western city you give a chit about is drying out.

It's pretty much baked into the cake at this point though. Too little action and too late.

Nope. With smart grids, renewables and EVs CO2 emissions are gonna be a non-concern. Elon the capitalist basically saved the world. The liberals try to hate on him now, but he's proof that the free market can solve the world's biggest issues.

Biggest threat to the world is still communism

There will be losers and winners in global climate change. But, there would be winners and losers in global climate change if man never burned a gram of coal or used a gallon of gasoline. The climate changes based on many things that the "green science" crew is yet to mention. The day the US gov't gets behind a podium and brings up greenland ice cores and Malankavich cycles I'll start to listen. Or the little ice age and mid evil warming period. Until then, I'll stick to actual science and avoid the obvious propaganda to get you to buy certain foods and cars.

Honestly I haven't researched enough to know what is and isn't true. And I don't care to, nor do I have the time.

On the list of "concerns" in my life, climate change is so far down the list.

More like if he grew corn at its southern boundary he would now grown corn 20 miles north for the next 100 years. Or if he grew corn at its northern boundary, now he can increase his yield as the climate is warmer. Even the worst models (which are based on assumptions made about proxies (lmao)) wouldn't have farm-able land in the arctic for thousands of years.

Our government created a whole industry and taxation system to combat this.

The extra money we pay goes into general revenue though.

Feels robbed mane.

If se leavels rise a few feet it would ruin New York, Washington D.C., Los Angelos, San Fran and Seattle.

That would solve 99% of our problems. I say we do whatever we can to make it happen sooner. Lets all get out there and burn some tires or drive race cars or whatever it is they say causes this stuff. It will help us all when you think about it.
"To be a warrior is not a simple matter of wishing to be one. It is rather an endless struggle that will go on to the very last moment of our lives. Nobody is born a warrior, in exactly the same way that nobody is born an average man. We make ourselves into one or the other."-- Carlos Castaneda

If you want to educate yourself on this topic and not just funnel gov't talking points into your brain, I'd suggest a google session on Greenland Ice cores and Malankavich cycles.

I am not worried about it.

If temps are increasing naturally, it's all part of cycles the Earth goes through over the ages. There's nothing that can be done.

During the ice age the Mediterranean sea was a valley with no water in it. Maybe it was a wonderful place to live! But, then the ice age ended and it got filled up with water and everyone moved on to other places.

It's just the way it goes.

If human pollution made global warming, there's no replacement for the technology of our civilization yet, so crying about it will achieve nothing. We are not going back to being cavemen because of pollution.

It's pointless to complain about oil and cars because they are absolutely the top of human technology and if they cause problems in the long run, it's too bad because they make life worth living now.
If you want to ask me a question:
