Will a housing crash have any effect on construction prices?
I'm guessing if mortgage rates increase and the market begins to cool there will be fewer buyers, hence fewer houses being built. This will mean fewer people taking out HELOC to do renovations, bringing the price of materials down as well as labor. True or false?
I'm hoping to do a renovation on my house next year.
