Would u kill the guy who killed ur dad? - Texas shooter to not be charged

Cliffs:
- Some months ago a guy (Chad) was killed when he went to her ex-wifes boyfriend house to try to see his kid
- Slut and her BF refuse to hand over kid
- Guy starts getting physical with the BF, BF shoots the guy and kills him
- Guy to not be charged for standing his ground


The kid is still 9 yrs old, but once he grows up and realizes what happens, he should invite his mom's BF and shoot him point blank in the head.

Saw this a while ago. Shooter gives gun owners a bad name, srs. Gun owners should not be celebrating this imo. Also the ex-wife is a major **** who knew what she was doing

Wow, that's a shame. After watching the whole video, I can't believe the guy that came out pointing a rifle at an unarmed man and then shooting him for no reason is getting away with it. And all of it started because some sl00t didn't want to let a guy see his kid.

So confusing in 2022. This guy is allowed to bring a gun to an argument that he wasn't even involved in as it was between ex-husband and ex-wife over their shared child AND MURDER THE MAN. Meanwhile, a couple walks outside their house in St. Louis merely holding their guns in order to stave off an invasion by a mob that has already scaled the gates of their gated community and they go to jail. Hope the family fleeces him in a civil suit.

once again, if someone had walked onto their property and tried to grab their gun out of their hand and they shot them, they would not have been convicted for that.

If people want to **** around and find out be smart enough to know what you are doing. Grabbing at someones gun really ruins self defense claims especially when:

you trespassed on their property
committed robbery because now you assaulted someone on their property after trspassing
were the primary aggressor
were told to leave

theres 100 reasons why legally baldcel was in the wrong here.

I am in favor of guns...... but something told me that "stupid people" would whip them out in situations like this.
This dad died for a front porch argument over custody times and picking up a son at 3pm vs 6pm.

It was the shooters house. The trespasser should have gone back to the car and called the police instead of playing tough guy.

Also once the trespasser said he was going to shoot him with his own gun and went for it there was a valid threat.

The best idea is not to go to other peoples homes starting crap. Just let the police and the court handle stupid feuds.

On the flip baldcel should have handled it better and left. There were more than one bad choice that took place. The woman could have tried better to diffuse the situation as well.

There were alot of ways everyone could have walked away. However all that aside according to law the man was in his rights and honestly I would prefer the law to defend the right to defend your home.
