Middle back is super sore for some reason. Any stretches or anything I can do?

Glute bridge
Hang from a bar
Do slow ab crunch things (lie down, legs planted, knees are high. Curl in and slide your hands up your legs to your knee caps)
Lie down and pull your knee toward your face and hold.
these all have helped me with various back pains
You could also try using handheld foam roller (like the Tiger Tail) and rub your back with it but do NOT roll the lower back with a foam roller otherwise it can fk it up. Maybe the mid is fine as long as it's not beneath your ribcage. Prolly minimal help though.

Always bet on glutes with back pain.
Hit your psoas with a ball or the handle of a kettlebell.
Gut smash with a ball by lying your stomach into a soccer ball, basketball, any size of that sort. Or use a foam roller if you don't have one.
Best back stretch for me is child pose and cobra stretch.
