Saw this yesterday and was loling hard when they showed his face. Was he already some misshapen headbrah or was the beating actually that bad? That’s one he’ll never forget from the look of it.

According to Natividad, Brewer had rented a car and was visiting San Francisco to do some shopping. Later that day, as he traveled on foot, he got lost and mistook a different car for his rental car.

As he approached the vehicle which he thought was his rental car, Scales, the owner of the vehicle, began threatening Brewer. Brewer, however, walked away from the confrontation but Scales continued to follow him on foot for more than two blocks, according to the Public Defender’s Office.

At one point, Brewer allegedly saw Scales reach for what looked like a shiny object in his waistband, and fearing for his safety, Brewer reached for his own gun and fatally shot Scales.

According to the Public Defender’s Office, Scales was later found to have an 18-inch metal pipe in his possession.

“The jury understood that Mr. Brewer was in fear for his life and was acting in self-defense,” Natividad said in a statement. “Situations like this are so complex because you have someone like Mr. Brewer who grew up in an area where he was exposed to so much violence and was only carrying a gun for protection.”

Hmmmm, I did some light digging and couldn't find a single picture/description of the shooter, but based off this -

I'm assuming he was AA. Seeing as the man who got shot in the incident was also AA, that would explain why this wasn't national news. I PROMISE you that if this Brewer fella was white, or even white-ish (Zimmerman much?) he would have been absolutely fukking crucified by the media for months on end...

Yeah I think it was a black guy, if it were a white guy he would be in prison and they would have black lives matter and the left crying he was a white supremacist looking to kill a black man that day.

Even when the black guy is a criminal, evil person, and vulgar and was literally trying to rob someone and gets shot or killed the left only sees the white man as devil.

But if you say it they will label you racist and spreading hateful misinformation like they are doing to the LA Sheriff who said its most blacks doing the violent crime and robberies.
