I actually have sinus arrhythmia with bradycardia at rest. Heart stronk AF boiii. Left ventricular ejection fraction is 74%. Fukn ridiculous considering normal range is up to 72% in men. Or those with thickened heart wall in the left ventricle. But I have normal heart wall motion.
Confirmed by a nuclear stress test, echocardiogram, and many ekg readings.

Normally a higher than normal EF might indicate left ventricular hypertrophy which is a thickening of the heart wall muscles but as far as I know from the scans I had done a year ago everything was good. I do get occasional PVCs that manifest as felt palpitations but I’m also 300lb so there’s that.
I have had A LOT of checking of my heart because the MISC freaked me out because I had Covid then had to get the shots. Had to be sure I was ok. In the process I’ve learned a metric chit ton about how the heart works and how to read and interpret my own 2-3 lead ecg. If I had a 12 lead I could also read that but not as well and with confidence.
If I was having a heart attack or chest pain (I keep a Kardia and Apple Watch on me) I know enough to know if I was really having one or not. Though I would still immediately follow up at the ER just in case. I can easily freak myself out sometimes though because these devices have a lot of artifacting. And still learning. The Kardia seems especially prone to interference.
