I just realized that at 30 years old everything is over lol!

It’s basically 10 more years before hitting 40 it’s the middle age, the best thing I can do now is keep my job and settle down. Buy a small house and try to budget my money.

I’m lucky that I don’t have kids or wife or paying child support lol! I just want to workout and fish and I’m preparing myself to die alone and be at peace with it.

I'm turning 34 soon and it sucks. There is literally not a single benefit to aging.

Prime sloots no longer eye fuk you
Skin starting to sag
T levels slowly dropping
Hair line recedes further every month
Get fatter easier

Yeah kids and a wife are expensive but I still have more cash than I did as a single guy in my late 20s. Less freedom obviously but I think that depends on how close you live to family and if they're willing to watch your kids, mine always want to watch the little guy but they're like 7 hours away....

Other than that though right on, my knees make a clicking noise when I go up stairs and right knee is often sore from where I tore my MCL years ago. Being 35 isn't bad except it is starting to get too late to make too many changes to big life goals and the consequences from choices you made early in life (good or bad) are starting to get tangible. Mostly good for me.

For most that didnt prepare properly you are right.....its a tough reality.
For those that did prepare properly, there are things that I believe are positive.

The snowball affect really starts to kick in.
You give way less care for things that you might have used to in your 20's and 30's.
There is far less pressure or "make or break" type scenarios
Sit back and let the fruits of your prior work run loose.

Ive been warning you guys that setting a foundation is uber important in your 20's and even earlier.
Working a corp job sitting in a cubicle counting the hours, bringing home $80k and saving slowly as you rot away is not the formula.

If you're 30s are better than 20s you didn't live it up or never peaked then because things were a lot better 10-12 years ago than they are now especially if you were in great shape

Every day was a party for me 10 years ago from 20-25 it was just not stop partying while also being at my peak health and aesthetics not a worry in the world back then

30s really are the odd ages. It’s like filler years in between prime and your 2nd coming. Women either like young guys or older men. Dudes in their 30s have to stand on the sideline and wait it out.
