She's been legitimately interested in looking into a nanny or some type of in-home childcare recently and she's been following the war in Ukraine fairly closely since it popped off. I think she just genuinely wants to do something to help Ukrainians and a lightbulb went off that maybe she could kill two birds with one stone.

When she first mentioned the idea I bertstared her and then said "...you know you can't just adopt a Ukrainian refugee, right?" I think once she took more than half a second to actually think about it, the reality of what a Ukrainian au pair would actually look like sunk in a little. But we're not actually getting a nanny/au pair so it doesn't really matter. It's just wishful thinking on her part lol

I have met exactly two western sloot tourists in Russia and I purposefully struck up a conversation with them in order to hear their opinions and literally the first thing out of both of their mouths was "the sloots here really keep it tight."
