The SMP was done in Houston by SCALPP Clinic:

The most recent transplant was in Turkey by Dr. Serkan AYGIN Clinic.

Before that I had surgeries with Rahal, Konior and ASMED Clinic. Very happy with all of them, no complaints.


Total number of grafts was like 15k hairs. Remember that's including body hair. But also it was so many that it left me needing to do smp to make the back of my head presentable.
Why did you go to a different doc for each surgery? Also, how permanent is that tattooing thing? Your in your 40s so Im assuming you're dying your hair to get rid of the gray? What happens if you stop dying your hair, is it gray everywhere except for where they tatted your head??

I had to keep seeing a different doc because every doctor believes they "completed" the process, and an additional surgery would be unnecessary. Of course each additional doc wants to make $ and will make improvements like gradual lowering of the hairline or increase in temple points.

The tattooing (smp) is not permanent. It lasts about 3 or 4 years, sometimes up to 8. Then you have to get it redone (or just not do it again).

I've dyed my hair in the past, but no the hair in my photos from age 41 are undyed. There's plenty of white/gray hairs in there, they're just obscured by the brown/darker hairs. If you saw my hair in person, you'd totally see plenty of grays. I figure after I get my pompadour cut, I'll dye it a light brown.

are the ht clinics work in turkey comparable at all to a top-rated US ht clinic?

Maybe 4 or 5 of the clinics in Turkey are comparable to the ones in America. You have to do a fair bit of research to weed out the good ones

Did you ever try oral minox (prescription ) OP? I started losing at the temples to about a NW2.5, been using for about a year and am at an NW1. 10mg once daily, no sides of any sort, just my hair got darker, and more body hair, which I never had, so it's nice to have some actual hair on legs rather than obsecure patches.

Looks great man. I'm content being a baldcel since this seems like a ridiculous amount of time in preparation and recovery but good to see someone take the poverty hand their dealt and win big.

Never the oral form of minox. I took the topical version for a long while and it never really seemed to work for me. Some people are a responder and some aren't.

It's one of the best in Turkey. I'm not sure I'd qualify it in the top 3 in the world as much of the work is performed by "assistants/techs". Meanwhile, Dr. Rahal, Dr. Konior, Dr. Ferudini, etc in Canada/USA/Europe are doing most of the work themselves. Of course you're also paying western prices (between 3x to 5x for same amount of hairs moved).

With that said, I kind of wish I'd just stuck with turkish docs from the beginning as I would have had comparable results at a lower price point.

I don't really mind tbh. I'm getting old myself and like milfs. My cousin was a Chad and took losing his hair HARD but if you're a average lookin guys I don't really get it.

looks good. how do you do with glowy young sloots?

I have had one 2500 graft FUT, but the scar is a keloid. So hopefully verteporfin ends up working, then I can get teh scar removed and use that.

I need at least one more transplant, but will go FUE.

I lived in Chicago for a few years (after regaining my hairline) and was having the time of my life (far more single women than single men there). There were some weekends where I was going out with 5 different girls per weekend. Was getting laid all the time with the 18 to 26 crowd. I then moved to south Texas (where I am now) and there isn't really much of a social/dating scene here. And everyone is crazy fat. So I've just been saving up and will probably move again in a few months, since this place isn't really my scene.

mirin, srs. I have considered moving to Chicago, but cost of living is so high.

then again right now I live in Oldsville florida full of old people and not many young sloots, and cost of living is jumping up like crazy here anyways.
