not really
high school girls are generally below 60 seconds
high school girls are generally below 60 seconds
According to the USATF website, the average time for a high school male runner in a 400-meter race is 54 seconds and 58 seconds for females of that age group. For the average Joe off the streets, 70 to 90 seconds would be an average time for the 400m. With elite runners running between 45 and 47 seconds.

You aren't a hardcore runner if you don't run below 60.
I'd guess running 60/53/49 as probably being like benching 2/3/4. Matt London'a 53s 400 while being as big as he is is really impressive.

67s is average. I didn't run the 400 regularly (I was middle distance 800 and 1600 mostly) but my best 400 time in high school was 54s. If you're not sub 50s you're going to get smoked by any decent high school runner.

OP will never sprint fast, jump high, punch hard, clean a lot of weight, regardless of how much he trains. Slow twitch fibers.
