Complications from measles,
mumps, rubella and tetanus are basically unheard of here (as in any developed country). Explain how they’re failed.

Rotavirus inoculation is an oral liquid btw, not a jab

That post was referring to the Corona vaxes which have undeniably been a complete failure (assuming the objective was to reduce the spread of rona)

On the other ones:
Measles was almost eradicated before the vaccine
Polio vaccine likely killed many more than it saved
Tetanus, well people are much more careful and sanitise wounds better these days

We are still getting our son vaxxed against some of these things but will skip things like flu vax

The claim that there is no legal liability if you somehow get hurt by the vax is misleading as well. I know it's tempting to doubt the vax because of these reasons but they are easily addressed. My aim is to prevent reasonable people susceptible to misinformation being radicalized by the chicken nugget brigade. If I can save one person I'll be happy.
When are we rolling out these time machines big pharma used to test 5/10/15 year side effects of the vaccine in under a year?

Not surprised so many took the vaccines when most of you are this dumb

Being against the jab doesn't make someone "anti-vax." Now answer the simple question, why get the jab?

The OP is literally about being anti-vax

In general in the pharma industry we don't run clinical trials for 15+ years. Most phase 3 trials would average a few years in length. You do continue market surveillance post approval.

And I've given extremely detailed explanations how the vaccines weren't rushed WRT to safety, efficacy or scientific knowledge. You'd think even without that, common sense would dictate in a once/100 year pandemic some extraordinary things could get done.

And no one ever appreciates the answer. It's just a constant attack with the chicken nugget launcher.

Clinical trials are limited by recruitment and funding.

Vaccine clinical trials do not have "long term effects" as endpoints.

Furthermore, I've repeatedly explained how the worries about long-term effects are misplaced. That's the beauty of the mRNA vaccines, they are so minimal in composition there is just no biochemical plausibility for them to hang around and cause damage. Everything but the most rare side effects would have been caught in the clinical trials, anyway.

And it isn't as if we administer the vaccine to the participants until FDA approval and then forget about them. Pharmacovigilance and adverse event monitoring continues on into perpetuity.

P.S. You know what really does long term damage, by laying within your body, dormant for years, making you think everything is fine and then reappears randomly to cause problems? A virus!

I'm genuinely curious about the fears and concerns, but they are never accompanied by any theory or proposed mechanism of action that would cause issues years after inoculation.

Of course not, because there isn't. Give the rapid degradation of the nucleic acid and the well-known biochemical pathways involved, it's just not possible it hangs around for any real length of time. Any long-term effects would due to an auto-immune response, not the vaccine itself.

Thing is, an actual infection is more likely to create an auto-immune reaction. The vaccine is in the body shorter than the virus itself so there's less chance of triggering lymphocytes. The vaccine makes just one protein too, so there's no chance of cross reaction but an infection could trigger a response to any part of the virus.

I've never heard of a vaccine that is more likely to cause auto-immune conditions than infection itself, and if mRNA vaccine caused this we would find out early, not late. Nor do I know of a case where a vaccine causes a condition years later. With a vaccine trial, they're looking for efficacy, not absurdly rare one in a million side effects. We know that in large scale trials very few people experienced serious side effects, but a pretty significant amount of people have ongoing issues with Covid itself. We get some long haulers even with mild infections.
Back off, Warchild.

Seriously.

Sure enough, there it was on the OP. The vax evaporates from your system like water on a summer sidewalk? That's meant to happen. It's by design. The mRNA is metabolized very quickly after it does its job to produce the spike protein. That's a good thing as it's so simple in composition and minimizes the risks of side effects.

A few days after your initial injection, there's nothing left of it in your body apart from the antibodies your own body has produced.
