The following supplements actually work:

Ashwagandha
Rhodiola Rosea
Cissus Quadrangularis

They can each be very strong.

Ashwagandha mechanism of action is similar to benzodiazepines but also has positive benefits to hormone profile, anti-inflammation, sleep quality, and anxiety reduction. Be careful with it though.

Rhodiola Rosea has stimulant effects that can be very effective. Don’t take too much. Srs it works.

Cissus Quadrangularis is very forgiving, it is a nice plant. Pain reduction capacity similar to ibuprofen, and a glucocorticoid antagonist. Reduces cortisol and actually promotes collagen synthesis, which promotes joint function. Also has been studied for purposes such as anti catabolism.

KSM-66 is the only supplement I take that I can say without a doubt has an impact.

I feel much better emotionally when taking it.

Yes that’s a standardized version of Ashwagandha. It’s a brand name developed by a company that isolated effective compounds.

Sensoril is another standardized extract brand that is also effective.

Don’t megadose either one.

Currently on week two of Meriva but have not yet noticed much relief from osteoarthritis.

Is there much difference between Meriva and Longvida?

How about cissus?

ashwagandha doesn’t work for a natty test boost, if that’s what you’re thinking.

Black ginger always gets my libido into high gear.

Low dose tadalafil every other day (good for blood flow, heart health, keeping prostate in check, obviously sex benefits, reduces inflammation)

Boron glycinate helps increase testosterone. (It's very cheap and great for long term testosterone maintenance)

Kind of like a natty antidepressant. Not sure how much is a placebo effect though.

I just take a scoop of animal pak cherry bomb. Has more than enough of everything you need in it

Took ashwaganda for a second but didn’t really notice anything. Maybe didn’t take it long enough

Anecdotally longvida has been more effective but I don't suffer from osteoarthritis,I felt like I had to dose cissus pretty high so the caps became expensive and the powder tastes awful
