thats what i was thinking. the guy is a hedge fund owner in nyc, for sure he has some connects with some italian pros.

im assuming they were at ends and she was threatening to make out with half his networth and he looked for a better option. however idk how to explain the 13 year old son.



my thinking is, if it had been some random bar chad, how would he had dismembered her to the point that he could fit her inside a duffel bag not only in time but also without waking up the boy. seems like something that only a person with experience would be able to do.

Yeah, if you're random bar chad loses his temper and kills someone, he likely isn't going to chop up the body parts and stuff them in a duffel bag. At the same time, the bloody duffel bag with a trail of blood leading back to the house seems like sloppy work, unless it was intentional to lead them off the main trail.

Also, where did this dismemberment occur? In the house? The killer couldn't have been too loud or he would have awoken the kid. That may rule out a struggle as well? but why the blood. Perhaps it was someone she brought home from the bar who she let her guard down with who smashed her in the head with a blunt force object so she went down quickly without much noise. If it were an intruder she would have screamed, called the cops, put up a struggle an awoken the kid.
