Anyone actually miss being in college
Because you were a student and learning cool things in class? srs
Brb learning chemistry, differential equations, linear algebra, combinatorics, compiler design, machine learning, economics
Brb staying up late reading textbooks and working on problems sets
Brb working on course projects like building an operating system
Learning stuff can give the biggest dopamine hits
Sometimes I check out ocw.mit.edu or edx, but its just not the same
Those were the days

Best lifts:
Bench press: 315x5
Squat: 465x1
Strict press: 205x5
Deadlift: 405x13 (conv tap'n'go with straps)

Having like 8 hours of lecture all back to back was brutal though

Sort of. I went back to school to finish my degree a few months before covid happened, so all my classes were online. Didn't get a whole lot of in-class time or converse with any wimmens and dumb sluts. I have taken several classes in the past but it would have been nice to socialize on campus and in-class instead of sitting at my computer for hours each day, when I was a part-time student again... ffs.

Really feel bad for undergrad students during the pandemic, they really got shafted

Uni was the best man. I’d surrender half a centimeter in height to start over again as a freshman.

Not that I have any regrets, just to experience it again

Yeah, except I wish I went to a top undergrad and worked with maturity and discipline to create stronger roots instead of thinking of youthful energy only. I do not know if I could have gotten into Harvard, but I could have gone to somewhere with a similar amount of traction.

Just seeing the buildings I had classes in, the dorms, walking on the same pathways I did as a student....the feels are indescribable
It's like I went back into a time capsule, and I'm running to my next class again, wishing I had more time on that project, thinking about that party this weekend

loved the social aspect of it and meeting cool, different people.
Also having discussions and learning topics on things you're interested in.
Those good ol' days of being young, optimistic and curious about the world. There's a certain freedom of mind in having this naivete.

I’m grateful that I genuinely don’t miss undergrad. I had sort of a weird experience since my girlfriend (at the time) was a year younger and my sister went to the same college as me but she was 5 years my junior so I pretty much partied at least twice a semester at my college with fraternity brothers (some younger, some in grad school, some settled in the area) or my sisters sorority sisters for like seven years. I was still in law school until my sisters senior year and me still being in “school,” made it so that it didn’t feel creepy at any point, and plenty of juniors/seniors dated the law students (everything pretty much shut down for her senior year for Covid). I genuinely feel “satisfied” and don’t even think about it anymore.

Cannot relate with this mindset at all, my fire never died
Never settled, always hungry, always pushing, always learning
Don't make sense bro, why reach the playoffs then settle?
You wanna be a kid and we wanna be champions

Think about it bro, you trained yourself to sell your time
Who's buying? Who's flying? Who's dying? Who's crying?
You ever seen a murder? You ever felt the pain of hunger?
Landlord threatened cops bro, she made my girl cry
I put up that eviction notice like your college degree
I'm on a phucking mission bro

No. Uni was fun, but my life is great now and I don’t have to worry about money.
