Calling Out Ashwar (Big 3 Challege)

If you beat me at a big 3 TOTAL challege, I’ll take a perm. And if I get a higher total you take a perm

To make it better I’ll even do a conventional deadlift even though my back is totalled and I DONT conventional deadlift at all

Or you can do a standing OHP if you want?

I think the perm is a bad idea, we’ll do money instead, charity or whatever

We don’t have to do 1rm, we can do 5 rep maxes if 10 rep maxes if you want
