I highly doubt you can walk away anyway - in PA, and I think most states are similar, if you sign the birth certificate, you have 60 days to contest it, after that, it's your kid regardless of DNA

that said there is a point, and it is way before 13, let alone 17, where the dna test won't matter, you raised the kid to that point, you are still going to love that kid

As for that FB post with his comment. Even if the hubs didn't have FB you'd still think she'd take that down or make it private so no one could see it. All her friends on there would have seen. yes and in those circles, the guys are usually cheating too - it's like the worst kept secret.
