It says in the article that they are exploring the addition of a tier with ads. A lot of miscers are gonna come in here without reading the article, where it says that non-ad offering will still exist.

vudu has some movies where it's free with ads. You have to deal with a 30-45 second ad block every half hour or so. It's really not bad at all. If Netflix did that and dropped their price by at least half I would stay subscribed.

Lol @ making it sound like giving consumers a choice for a lower priced subscription with ads. They are just going to start with a lower tier subscription price with ads, and then they’re just gonna raise the price so it’s what premium subscribers are already paying for right now. And premium subscribers without ads will be paying even more. Hope they tank like CNN+

They also need to pump up Dave Chappelle and have more male oriented programming as that's who gets excited about movies and TV, not trannies.

Season 4 of TLK was mediocre and this last one was terrible. 1 was amazing, 2 was holy fuk and I enjoyed 3.

I remember IFC went to chit when they started running commercials. BRB need a 3 hour block to show a 90 minute Jason Statham suckfest.
Current Netflix programming is already low tier garbage now so who cares.

We leech it via my wife's sister who also gets it for free from T-Mobile. I told her to dump t-mobile, stop supporting these groomers and it's also nice to kick someone when they're down (and deserve it).

No good shows of late. I think they got some play with the Squidgame but that's been it. I can't think of anything on their platform 1/2 as good as Demon Slayer.

As compared to other shows, every season has been excellent.

It's got very good acting, nice locations, plots with a lot going on, and moral themes worth talking about.

It's because British people wrote it and it's about Britain.

Elsewhere, I was talking about how all Batman movies fail the character. Meanwhile, Batman is a superhero Sherlock Holmes and there's been MANY excellent Holmes stories. That's because the character is a national UK hero and they are not going to allow a dumb production of Holmes to happen easily.

I think The Last Kingdom is well done due to national pride.

Depending on how smart you are will determine how much you like the show.
