It was my pre-workout for years, still sometimes is. I know I read about prolactin or something being released after you bust a thick steaming 8-roper which can relax you and impact training but I never found. I'd also prefer to smash poon with the force of 10,000 goku kameyhameyhas then not.

You have not lived until you're squatting ass to ground and your 1/10 erect floppy dingdong is still leaking a drop or two of baby batter into your gym shorts.

I'll roll over at 5:30am, smash intense, get up and hose off and have some coffee and mosey on shirtless in the cool 0 degree dawn breeze into my garage gym and hit it harder than I ever have.
