Must have, because I didn't even see it.
Guilt sometimes creeps in. I’ve mastered suppressing it or rationalizing it away.

If you feel guilt about your actions then you are failing your own standards for behavior.

So do better or lower your standards.

Don't bother suppressing or rationalizing [aka: lying to yourself] as you damn well know exactly what is real and true. It's a waste of time and energy.
