Unfortunate, but trespassing on another Man's property is still an offence. Brah should've vacated the spot instead of ignoring the proper request to halt his trespass.

Yeah I believe it. I’ve heard plenty of times it’s best to let it go and move on when it comes to road rage but in the heat of the moment and with pride it’s hard to just say forget it.

watched the whole video, they keep making the bodybuilder guy the victim but they never clarify was it really the other guys spot? was it a community/visitor spot or the guys assigned spot? that would rustle the fuk out of me if someone in my assigned spot, i have towed people before.


he tried to step to him, if they have no duty to retreat laws in that state then shooter may have a defense. sucks they arrested him right away, irate guy in his spot was running towards him. he deserved to get shot

"He was charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon." bail was 150k so 15k to get out. he wasnt charged with an illegal firearm or any outstanding warrants, he also had 15k to bail out. it sounds like he had a legal firearm so he didnt have any felonies or domestic violence charges.

this wasnt a criminal robbing someone with an illegal gun. this was the bodybuilder guy trolling his hot head neighbor knowing its going to set him off if he goes in his spot again and then stepping to him while talking chit trying to get in his face. he got his card checked. this could have been avoided entirely

Bruh, the parking spot is not his property. It's assigned by the HOA. Also, the dude is home and the parking spot was empty? WTF is he so mad about? He was looking for any reason to shoot him. Plain and simple. He's unstable and he should be locked up for life.

This looked like attempted murder, he left his house with a gun, started the confrontation and then tried to take someone's life when his was not in danger
