Go sit outside in your yard/on the stoop outside of wherever it is you live. Hell, even start by just opening a up window and letting some fresh air and sunshine in for a bit as a start. Literally anything to give yourself some sort of break from obsessing over all this political/covid garbage. It's rotting your mind constantly thinking about it so much. As I said earlier, this goes not just for the liberals posting this stuff, but the conservative/covid skeptic miscers as well.

i got the jab, didn't get the booster. sometimes i wear a mask, sometimes i don't. i prefer it when both sides don't like me. but i make sure to wear my mask in my car on occasion for maximum rustling. sometimes i put it on in my car and take it off before getting out
