I've done 10's but the rest of the gym was not impressed, it took a long time to gather and load lol.

Bumper plates are usually 55lbs and only good for power cleans imo. And deadlift box platforms are to narrow for sumo stance unless your a manlet.

Bumper plates are usually 10-55 with all smaller plates being same diameter as a standard 45.

They are a type of weight just like poly coated or iron, it doesn’t have a typical “weight” and it’s obviously being used to reference the normal 25lb weight found in a deadlifting area in any normal gym that uses platforms etc..

So quit acting like a smug ******* esp when you are basically wrong.

Most gyms only have the 55lb ones, yes they come in all weights. Mainly to help protect the flooring.

Lol at miscers trying to be technically correct even when they know the op is correct for 97% of the gym world.

You can still load pretty heavy....but. much more difficult to start from such a deep position.

Even with the lighter weight, doing this increased ROM will skyrocket your regular DL tremendously
