Anyone know of or take any natty test booster or aromatase inhibitors?

yes i know, the natty stuff is garbage and "just pin some test brah"... i dont plan on sippin on that oj til 35, personal reasons.

has anyone tried anything that ofc doesnt fuk with your endocrine system but increases test at least marginally? or any aromatase inhibitors that dont completely nuke E levels, i dont have gyno or any high E symptoms, im just looking to lower E slightly at a natural lvl.

I've had good results with DIM, my favorite was back when mr Hyde test surge had 250mg of it and other herbs in it for natty boosts. Sadly they grossly under dossed dim and creatine in the new one. Currently using betancourt b-nox reloaded with decent results. Granted I'm 36 so it might hit me better than you, assuming you're much younger.

Some miscer was trying onion juice one time. I remember reading the thread a few years ago. I think he didn't get much results though.

They have AIs that are okay, "natural" estrogen blockers so to speak, nothing like arimidex or HCG though, a simple google search will find them.

ya definitely dont need a real AI. not PCT'ing and no high e2.

i remember a product called erase by PES back in the day, cant seem to find it now though. ran through a couple of bottles one spring and it was great.

PES Pro has Androsta-3,5-diene-7,17-dione, the new ones are pretty much just arimistane


Edit i have not tried these so i cant really comment, just googled it, im sure someone on here has taken both

The 2010’s were crazy with the OTC pro hormones and AI’s lol

Never took any of that stuff but have lots of friends who took Arimatest and all sorts of PH’s and continued to drink etc. just lol.

All of those sorts of products have disappeared. But you can still run SARMS

Tongkat Ali has some studies showing ~30% test boost

here's a good meta analysis of 100+ Tongkat studies. Ctrl-F 'tongak ali'. Almost all the studies showed significant test boost. Not enough to turn you into a monster obviously. Just enough to push someone lower normal into normal, or normal into high normal

Imo pointless. The good sarms shut you down and have more sides than real gear while, from what ive seen, have worse results.

Basically they are the new prohormones like superdrol and shiet back in the day that people used to take. Id get some test and dbol before any of that nonsense if i were to go down that road.

I don't see any effect.

One time I tried this Asian herb, the name is escaping me, but it made my testicles feel HUGE, but that was about it.

People who get screwed up by gear are using LARGE amounts but small amounts have a very good effect if you are naturally muscular to begin with.

Also, there are substances that reduce estrogen and so your test is more pronounced. You will feel that in a positive manner.

but if youre like me you'll get sick of taking vitamins every day

it causes problems with a whole bunch of other hormones and before you know it you're a walking chemistry experiment with T, anti E, progesterone, DHEA, cialis

1-2 mild bicycles per year is the way to go, golden era knew back then

There isnt any "but" or short cut...

If you want test enhancement that will translate into any improvement run a mild cycle of cyp/deca/clen 1-2x per year with proper PCT.

I've tried it like 3-4 times just for a motivation boost. For the first bit I feel amazing, good mood, energy,muscles feel fuller, then start to feel sorta crappy and feel fatter. It does make me super hungry though so might be just eating too much with it.

Did lgd a few weeks ago, alongside enclo & dhea.

Pumps for lgd were just STUPID.
- Had to take like 10 gram taurine to walk/workout

Lgd suppressed me, and dhea led to high e2. Oily skin + big acne

That was me and it was probably around 10 years ago

I ended up smelling like a giant walking onion, even my boogers smelled like onions
