really didn't give a chit about that movie.

DC belongs strictly in animation.

Their animated movies are top tier.

Their live action movies are a complete joke.

It's way too long. They could have easily cut out an hour of footage. I really liked the movie score but other than that it was very middle of the road

I'd say this is pretty accurate.


I actually liked the vibe it gave and it had potential to be really good (and different than other Batmans) but they just couldn't put it together totally. I credit them for at least trying to give it a different feel rather than just copying other Batmans.

It's the best "Batman" movie but it has a lot of flaws

Like others have said "Too long" in that it's a badly paced movie given it's story.

No gunfire hit his chin?

That wing suit hit against the bridge didn't kill him or at least break his bones?

The bomb exploding didn't burn his face?

The Catwoman being Falcone's daughter? C'mon!

I absolutely hate super hero movies, but this one was good, felt more like a detective movie than a super hero one. I think brahs above are too harsh when saying it was an hour too long, I only felt it dragged too long for the final 20 minutes or so.

I agree it was too long and felt like it should have been an extended edition instead. It was shot well and looked good, I liked the setting and atmosphere.
I'd give it a 6/10, flawed but had potential.

Yeah it's good they tried something different, I will watch a sequel if that happens for this reason alone.
Pattison is a decent actor, I really enjoyed the movie Good Time.

Agreed with the Vibe sentiment, there is a lot of potential there. Strangely I didn't hate Robert Pattinson as Batdude

was good, not great. worth the watch imo, but obviously dark knight mogs.
