Does alopecia also rid the body of hair on the nuts, pubes and ass? Not a bad compromise if so.

Jokes aside I've heard that's the case. A coworker I knew had it, and he said that his father had it too. Honestly besides not having eyebrows I wouldn't mind it. My Italian genetics are brutal about having body hair lol.

Vitamin d3, Vitamin k2

After getting my Vitamin d levels checked a year or so ago I found out that my levels were critically low at less than 30ng/ml. Vitamin d is a hormone and actually plays a huge role in regulating immune function. People with autoimmune issues often have very low levels. The k2 is because I took higher amounts of d3. D3 is fine but too much can cause it to calicfy in the bloodstream. K2 prevents that.

Glad that it is coming back brah. Keep it just like that
"The flowers bloom, then wither... The stars shine and one day become extinct. This earth, the sun, the galaxies and even the big universe, someday will be destroyed. Compared with that, the human life is only a blink, just a little time. In that short time - people are born, laugh, cry, fight, are injured, feel joy, sadness, hate someone, love someone. All in just a moment. And then, are embraced by the eternal sleep called death."

Cut some off and superglue it to your eyebrows
"One day I won't be able to lift any more. Not I won't want to lift. I mean physically unable. That day could be decades from now or it could be tomorrow. All I know is that's the day I'll wish I could lift more than ever. The day I'd give anything for one more workout, one more set, or one more cardio session. So go hard and enjoy every workout, every set, every rep. Because one day you will wake up and you will never get it back."

Diet I eliminated gluten (for the most part). I want pretty strict at first with my diet and did zero gluten, very little dairy, and any inflammation causing foods which you can find in the AIP diet. The idea was to heal my gut with diet changes and eating some gut friendly foods like bone broth and sour kraut.

Brand of vitamins I really didn't buy anything specific just tried to get a very highly rated product and the right dosages. 10k+ iu of d3 and I think like 500 of k2.
