IF brahs why am I tried after eating? Normal?

Just started IF two weeks ago.

16/8. I’ll break the fast around noon, but when I do after the meal I’m like 90% asleep.

I've never followed a specific diet 'program', but I am effectively doing the IF thing by eating just one meal a day.

I cook a meal a few hours before I go to bed...maybe change your window so it fits better with your sleep time.

How? Unless i also eat all my daily cals in a window before sleep.

I dont do naps during the day.

Btw how do you manage to fit in that much food into meal without feeling bloated and bogged down? Or do you just tough it out?

When you're fasted, you feel pretty alert and ready while fasting, more so than if you'd have ate (so you're always gonna feel bogged down in comparison.

Move your feeding window post workout, when you're already too tired to do chit anyway.
Even if it's before sleep. Pick your routine and stick with it for 4 weeks minimum.

That's pretty much what I do...fit all my calories into a couple hours (eating during meal prep, eating during the meal, eating what's left over during clean up).

I recently ditched my microwave and adopted this new routine. I wasn't trying to get lean, but it has been very effective at doing that as a consequence.
