I'd like to personally thank you for paying off my building for me. I'd also like to thank you for allowing me to use your income to further increase my wealth and secure an early retirement.

Technically you are correct but I did live frugally and bought two buildings on that income. if you count the income from both of my buildings I'm making around 190k'ish but I never list that because it's dishonest as most of it goes towards the mortage/insurance etc.

Make around 80/88k /year depending on tradie over time.
Gross around 54/62k per building.
As of right now sitting on about 300k of equity and about to use that to buy a large section 8 property.

So what is it, I'm a poor cell or wealthy?

Not getting talked down. Misc has unrealistic financial expectations. When I put my building up for rent I averaged the income out based on the 300 or so applications I got. Most that applied made around 30/40k a year. If you're making 50k+ you're better then your average American. if you can't turn a 100k/year job into millions I got some bad news son.
