How long can you make $10,000 last

If you had no rent, no car payment, only food and hobbies/whatever you want.

10k, no job, how long can you go?

Depends how my sports bets do. Could lose it all within a day. Have lost >$30000 in one day sports betting before.

Do you get the 10k all in one go or is it dripfed to you like a schoolboy?

Usually, getting it all in a lump sum is better as you can organize yourself better. Dripfeeding is worse as you'll like just spend a lot of it on food lol

If I only had 10k, the last thing I would do is gamble.

I could stretch out £7991.70 maybe 3 years for hobbies and food only

3 years food (at £30 per week cheapcel) £4680
3 years gym membership £1080

Thats £2231.70 for supps, electronic things, general supplies over that 3 years

I don't have rent or car payments and in the UK it could last me a year if I was really, really careful. Otherwise about 8-9 months. But I am in the minority of people who doesn't waste money on chit, apart from the occassional takeaway.
