Why is Twitter and ******** allowing news coverage of this story that was obtained from hacked materials?

Even dems know that overturning roe v wade won't help them in the mid midterms
"Democratic pollsters and strategists who spoke to Politico were skeptical that the leak would drive voters. Some were more optimistic, arguing that voters haven’t had time to fully digest the news yet, and that once Democrats begin messaging on the issue, it will drive voters, but many said that overturning Roe wouldn’t be much help. Issues like inflation are still much more pressing concerns, and the base of the party, who would vote to preserve abortion rights, already live in Democratic states that protect abortion, and are already expected to turn out in large numbers anyway."

Oh... that.

It's a hot night. The mind races. You think about your knife: the only friend who hasn't betrayed you, the only friend who won't be dead by sunup. Sleep tight mates, in your quilted chambray night shirts.

Tbh this whole "Roe V. Wade will charge/mobilize the left" is major cope. Any issue will do that for them because they're so emotionally driven and easy to command. At the very best, this may sway some independent voters to for D. Sane, rational people (the people not voting for Democrats from 2020~) care more about the economy and their livelihood over some states now being able to ban abortions.

That's the only way to force urgency on this issue to get Dem voters out. And even in the midterms that message won't be that strong because the Dems will hold the white house anyway, so there isn't a threat to ban abortion in the near term.Even dems know that overturning roe v wade won't help them in the mid midterms

This should have an impact on gubernatorial elections though. Governors hold the power on this issue now, so this is what could get people out to the polls for gubernatorial elections. However, because this will be a local issue you should have pro-choice voters come out but I would imagine a lot of pro-life voters can be motivated to come out as well to secure a full ban on abortion in their states. I think both sides have motivation to come out here.

And saying "Most people that identify as 'pro choice' favor restrictions of some kind", ignores that most people also don't favor overturning Roe v Wade

Sane rational people hate all this social conservative crop. All Republicans have to do is stop pandering to racists and bigots, and stop with the weird religious conservative crap.
