Mirin my meat?

Just picked up half a cow. Easily have 300+ lbs of meat in there.



Ribeyes
T-bones
NY Strips
Filets
Top sirloins
Sirloin tips
Chuck steaks
Flat iron steaks
Minute steaks
Top/bottom round steaks
Chuck roasts
Arm roasts
Brisket
3 huge racks of short ribs
A stupid amount of ground beef

always thought that would be nice, don't have to go to the butcher for like a year.. feel like i'd get tired of beef every day though, maybe i wouldn't at that price

Me and my dad are going to go in on a cow this year too I believe. I'll have to bring it up to him again. Need to buy an extra freezer though for my meat. Cannot wait.

I've considered doing this, but I'm not a big fan of meat that has been frozen. For something like ground beef that is going in a sauce it's ok, but I wouldn't want to eat a steak that has been frozen.
