I guess it's fascinating either way. Either the worlds most collosal ambition realized, or the greatest coverup was a success. I can't pretend to even begin to understand the science behind all this, but lol at the CTers using non-evidence "logic" as their basis for doubt. Evidence should be insanely easy to find here. Not a single blunder on the "set" made it onto the official tapes? Nobody's coffee cup or no unplanned helicopter cameos? Every astronaut, engineer, scientist and mechanic played along? Even the soviets? What the hell would they have to gain by playing along lol.

I get doubting the landing, it's an insane feat to even imagine, but to disbelieve with confidence seems kinda far fetched.
Virtue is its own reward.

Trained in desert.

No wind was blowing, it’s called momentum, no stars as lunar regolith is light and exposure would washout stars, dust falls fast with no atmosphere

Picture this. You have a space shuttle that looks like a methhead's tree fort that is able to sustain going through the van allen radiation belt and our atmosphere. The Earth spins roughly 1,000 miles per hour. Space is a near perfect vacuum. I.E no "gravity." Yet our Earth also moves through space around the sun at 67,000 mph. ALSO our solar system is moving through space around our galaxy at 490,000 mph. The moon orbits the Earth at 2,288mph.

The chance of that shuttle making it through this parameters with less power than your basic iphone (that they brag about), and coming back to Earth with no issues, multiple times mind you, is absolute insanity. That's not even pointing out the other possible factors of wind, debris, system malfunctions, pressure changes, and on and on. The variability in so many aspects is almost infinite. All this during a time when we didn't even know that much about "space." They also admit today that their ideas of space wouldn't really work without their idea of "dark matter." But they'll just say you're retarded and that they had the most intelligent minds and hardest workers to make this happen and they had every parameter covered and of course nothing could go wrong. Of course we can drive a dune buggie on an orbiting rock flying 2.3k mph with no atmosphere or gravity.

When you also look everything else surrounding it, it will blow your mind how retarded it is. From our current head astronaut saying it's too painful to build back our superior technology from the 60s, space rocks turning out to be petrified wood, the telemetry data of the greatest achievement of man was taped over and then it came out it was lost, almost no interviews from the astronauts, and much more.

If we did this multiple times it would be extraordinarily easy to prove every point of it. But you can't.
This is what not looking into any of this really looks like. We've got some guy here apparently oblivious to basic physics trying to convince others he did some kind of "deep" research into all of this (the moon, being the big ol rocky mass it is, has gravity. Gravity arises from mass, Newton had this figured out some 350 years ago). There is also gravity in space. I'd be worried if there wasnt since without it the earth wouldnt be revolving around the sun, but hurtling through dark, cold, interstellar space.

Your post comes off as someone basically saying "I dont know how any of this works, cant comprehend how smart minds figured this out decades ago, thus it didnt happen". Fortunately anyone who wants to look at the actual evidence we went to the moon will find the overwhelming and clear fact that we went to the moon.

The dead giveaway that you did the most superficial research possible is your reference to the petrified wood moon rock, a silly, long debunked talking point about a rock in a museum that was a known sham, with an incredibly questionable provenance, and that is known to not be a moon rock (there are of course many actual moon rocks out there). This is the opposite of thinking for oneself. This is just seeing something online, apparently not looking into it much, believing it, and regurgitating the talking point.

The OP literally argues for a flat earth. Mindless misc gonna mindless misc.

Read about it instead of being an idiot.

The official word is that there is no record of plans for the rocket. They originally said they "lost them" but the official story is that there were so many individual contractors that no plans were put together or saved.

So, each part of the rocket was specially made by different companies and then put together. So, there was never a unified plan.

I spent a lot of time working for the government and if you want to get new pencils you must get a contractor to supply them. That might be a different contractor than the one that supplies pens, and so on. So, I can understand, but this is the MOON ROCKET and you would think a plan would be unified and that no matter what the documents would have been saved.

All of this is easy to find and read about via official sources.

This is) a claim John Lewis made in his 1996 book, Mining the Sky, that he went looking for the Saturn 5 blueprints a few years ago and concluded, incredibly, they had been "lost."

Paul Shawcross, from NASA's Office of Inspector General, came to the agency's defense in comments published on CCNet -- a scholarly electronic newsletter covering the threat of asteroids and comets. Shawcross said the Saturn 5 blueprints are held at the Marshall Space Flight Center on microfilm.

"The Federal Archives in East Point, Georgia, also has 2,900 cubic feet of Saturn documents," he said. "Rocketdyne has in its archives dozens of volumes from its Knowledge Retention Program. This effort was initiated in the late '60s to document every facet of F 1 and J 2 engine production to assist in any future restart."

Shawcross cautioned that rebuilding a Saturn 5 would require more than good blueprints.

"The problem in recreating the Saturn 5 is not finding the drawings, it is finding vendors who can supply mid-1960's vintage hardware," he wrote, "and the fact that the launch pads and vehicle assembly buildings have been converted to space shuttle use, so you have no place to launch from.

People do not change.

If you think about NOW there's a lot of fake stuff that people try to foist on the public and it works.

Covid was obviously not real.

Imagine if you did the covid scam in the 1950s though when there was high confidence in the government, no internet mass communications to attack it, and so on. It would have been a massive success.

What the goal of covid was, I'm not sure.

However, from the 40s to the 90s were had constant stories about the Soviet Union and possible nuclear war, and was THAT REAL?

Were the Russians really going to commit mass murder and send nuclear clouds around the world to poison everything---JUST BECAUSE they said they wanted economic equality, lol. Meanwhile, Russia never had any actual communism going on.

They had a war machine state.

The US had a war machine state----because Russia had a war machine state!

War machine states make a LOT of money for the Military Industrial Complex typically owned by people belonging to a notorious ethnic group. It's a group that lies about supernatural things and much more!

Was Russia even an enemy of the US?

The moon landing was NOT about exploring the moon or anything like it, it was a publicity stunt to boost nationalism.

That is FACTUALLY what the moon landing was. It was called the "Space Race" because it was racing the Soviet Union to see who could do it.

If you look at the Olympics, ALL KINDS of cheating was being done for the same reason. So, people don't want their country to lose at some stupid sport---so what would they do to put on a good moon show.

A lot, is the answer.

Nah, you read it. They have the complete blueprints, they're just worthless. But be my guest:

Geoffrey Hughes from the Rotary Rocket Company supported Shawcross's view.

"There is no point in even contemplating trying to rebuild the Saturn 5," he said. "Having a complete set of Saturn 5 blueprints would do us no good whatsoever. True, we would still be able to bend the big pieces of metal fairly easily. But they are not the problem.

"The real problem is the hundreds of thousands of other parts, some as apparently insignificant as a bolt or a washer, that are simply not manufactured any more. Everything would have to be redone. So a simple rebuild would be impossible. The only real answer would be to start from scratch and build anew using modern parts and processes. Yet another immense challenge!"

I'll just paste it again for the audience so we can laugh at you

Paul Shawcross, from NASA's Office of Inspector General, came to the agency's defense in comments published on CCNet -- a scholarly electronic newsletter covering the threat of asteroids and comets. Shawcross said the Saturn 5 blueprints are held at the Marshall Space Flight Center on microfilm.

They exist. Fully. Now. You can stop confabulating.

Plus:

Moreover, the fleet has not been “destroyed”. There are three full, original Saturn V rockets on display and freely accessible to the public:
one at the Kennedy Space Center in Florida;
one at the Johnson Space Center in Houston, Texas;
and one at the U.S. Space & Rocket Center in Huntsville, Alabama (Figure 9.6-2).

There is also a complete first stage of a Saturn V at the Infinity Science Center in Mississippi, and a third stage, converted as a spare for the Skylab space station, is at the National Air and Space Museum in Washington. D.C.

The United States and the United Kingdom are also home to twelve original Apollo Command Modules and there are three spare Lunar Modules at the National Air and Space Museum in Washington, at the Kennedy Space Center, and at the Cradle of Aviation Museum in Long Island, New York (which houses the LM built for the canceled Apollo 18 mission).

Therefore, anyone who wished to study in extreme detail the technologies used to go to the Moon could do so by examining these spacecraft, the spacesuits and all the other Apollo hardware stored in museums.

...

In 2013, a team of engineers at the Marshall Space Flight Center in Huntsville, Alabama, actually took to pieces one of the original F-1 engines of the first stage of the Saturn V rocket and test-fired its gas generator, the component that powers the engine’s turbopump, which had to inject almost three tons of propellant per second into the thrust chamber. In other words, the fact that these engines really work as advertised is not just a decades-old claim: it has actually been put to the test.

How can people actually believe the moon landing was real? It was an obvious power thing between countries.

Since after those “moon landings” we never went up there again? Lmao I was like lmao.

It’s been 50 years since nasa has attempted another moon landing.. why? But now they are trying again.

I mean, come on, OP, get a goddamn grip!
Fake moon landing conspiracies are the same as flat earth theories. Same kinda thinking.

I love how the CTers point out how chitty and retarded the lander looks. Don't you think if they wanted to fake a landing that making something that looks that ridiculous would be kinda risky?

Of all the conspiracy theories, the moon landing being faked is the one I give the most credence to. There's a reason why we've never been back, even in the 21st century we struggle to launch a rocket properly without it exploding on take off yet they expect us to believe they got there on technology less advanced than a current smartphone. I mean just look at this piece of chit lunar module cost $20 billion dollars to design and manufacture:

My 5yo nephew can design something better for a school project with less than $50 worth of material.

Then they said they destroyed all the technology after the Apollo mission so that we could never go back JFL

Where were you the last 2 years? The masses actually believed a cloth/paper mask could protect you from a deadly virus.

People are just like any other form of energy their default setting is to follow the path of least resistance.

Surprise surprise, everything they used was designed for landing and taking off THE MOON! What a crazy phucking concept!

Chit designed for that might not be the most conventional chit to use on Earth. Another shocker!

"Before Going to the Moon, Apollo 11 Astronauts Trained at These Five Sites...Of all the test sites that the astronauts visited, in recordings from their mission to the moon, the crew cited the Nevada National Security Site (also known as the Nevada Test Site) as the most beneficial to their training. In fact, the site located just east of Death Valley National Park would become a recurring spot for future Apollo astronauts to train, as it was considered by geologists to be “an ideal training site.”"

Definitely the mannerisms of a bunch of men who have had the experience of a lifetime and lived to tell the tale

Elon should just send some kind of space camera to the moon and look for evidence. Didn't they leave an American flag?
