Lol at Home Owner Cels

Your property has dropped probably 10-20 percent in the past 4 days alone.

IF you were to put it on the market today compared to what it might of sold for on Friday. You would be down 10-20 percent instantly.

Oh but what about it being my home. Economy is collapsing, no one is hiring you lose you job your phucked you have to sell.

Just lol if you didn't see this coming.

Thinking that you owning something outright, paid off, an appreciating asset nonetheless, is worse than renting a shoebox to live in is the ultimate cope.

vs renting everything and being a slave to the ToS and whatever monthly rate they want to charge.
Can't wait for the social credit score to roll out.

LMAO, I'd need to lose 60% just to be back to what I bought it for. Even if it dropped 60% which has never happened in the history of ever, I'd STILL have 80k in equity. Keep paying your landlord's mortgage you peasant.

Posted this last week.

Maybe I'm down a little from then. Doesn't really matter since I need my home to live in.

Anyway, I'm pretty confident my home is up more than any of my other investments over the last year. If only my other investments were "down" as much.

I'm just a poor rentcell atm but I browse zillow weekly since I want to buy within the next 2 years or so. Finally seeing price cuts.

Hope it continues. By the time I try to buy interest rates will probably be 10% lol.

You have 2 choices.

1. Buy a home and pay your mortgage
2. Rent and pay somebody else's mortgage.
You don't have to be great to start, but you have to start to be great.

Looking to buy a condo for my parents in the town I live.....I've lost out on the last 3 places I've offered on in the last 2 weeks.....most recently....

Listed for $110k, I offered $115k (guaranteed financing, with $25% down).....lost to a cash offer of $121k from a guy from New York....sight unseen, no contingencies, waived inspection. 980 sqft 2br/1.5 bath, semi detached.

Fuk this market.
