I’m Not coming back to the office, lmao at boomer ideas

i have 8 years+ of experience in Big tech and I’m not coming back unless theres an upside and there isnt one, im still delivering results, avoiding commute, avoiding ugly office boomers, etc

Just lol at boomers who need to socialize in an office setting to feel alive

Big reason I won't go back to office is because of woke SJW "training" they had us doing. That chit is demoralizing as fuk and we didn't even reach the "proper" pronoun BS like other companies have.

The only reason I would go back is to climb the ranks and get rid of that brainwashing.

office sucks for many reasons

in person bootlicking
any amount of time spent commuting
cost spent commuting
cost buying food out every day
not able to do personal chores throughout the day
not able to workout during the day
chitty coworkers annoying you all day
less productive in office vs home

i’m never going back either frfr
