do you work with autists?
i do:
1st autist: older guy , was in the army, pushing 60. cold war vet, no combat. He's the type that always pisses off customer's because he's condescending, (engineer type). pretty smart but no people skills. Comes in at 10:00 a.m. leaves at 3 or earlier. Wont make eye contact, tells same stories 10 times in a row. always being a dik.
2nd autist: about 35, balding, has hair on the side of his heads, over weight. drools. always has food in his beard, engineer type. dresses in startrek uniforms and plays dungeons and dragons. same thing can't talk to customer's , very smart. no social skills. always yelling
as a normal dude, i dont know how to deal with these types. so i just ignore them and shut my door
