Phucking Lol at Housing Market.
Blantantly obvious to non-r*tards that houses will go back to their pre 2015 levels and as I stated the growth was attributed to the reintroduction of NINJA loans.
Remember when the misc was talking about how home onwership would be this unattainable thing. The US economy biggest industry is home ownership, and if it wasn't possible then the economy would collapse and home prices would collapse.
Just lol at the tards here.

Dat username to thread topic ratio, lol.
I like how people are hoping for a crash, like it would matter anyway. Like the poor have been hording $$$ ready and waiting for the perfect opportunity instead of buying iphones and ordering door dash. LMAO. The well positioned rich will benefit again, like always.

Everything finds a balance. Low interest loans being given to anyone, along with entities buying houses for over asking price and causing a panic of people feeling they should "invest along with the lack of construction 2020 on and the stall in supply caused prices to inflate and although inflation is here so prices won't ever go back down to where they were it will balance out. People waiting on the crash like we saw in 2008-2012 better not be holding their breath.

I don't know mate, the housing would have to massively crash. If it corrects its basically a wash when you calculate the rising interest rates. Peoples buying power is getting crushed right.
It also depends on where you live. I know Boise buyers coming in from out of state are buying with cash, those are the people that can take advantage of all this.

Adjustable loans won't be the trigger this time, there's just none out there. My best deflationary thesis is
-Estimated 20% of US corps are zombies that can only pay their old debt by borrowing new debt.
-Rising interest rates and bonds are totally gonna fuk them into default.
-Housing prices are naturally going to decrease with a rise in mortgage rates.
-*******ts are going to lose their jobs and be stuck owning homes worth less than what they paid for these last 2 years.
Even then, I don’t know if Powell doesn't come riding to the rescue and just turn the printer back on.
