weighted vest walks are pretty popular- you wear a 66lb vest for 4 miles and your traps are on fire at the end.

I had that problem once. I was wearing my weighted vest while outside and I was stopped by a police officer because someone reported me for wearing a suspicious vest. When he saw it was just a weighted vest, he let me go.

At first I thought it was a fashion accessory, then I thought it was an arm blaster but it didn’t have the correct build for that, then I had no idea wtf was going on

I use my First Spear plate carrier in the gym for push-ups, pull-ups and body weight leg days. I always ask the front desk workers beforehand so they don’t think it’s anything crazy.

Why would he wear a weight vest for barbell rows?

walking is great because there is no recovery, but walking alone is just too long to really get the benefit, but walk with a load? That's awesome. It's a loaded carry but one you can do longer because there is no grip needed.
