Before you do anything. Read.

Read as much as you can on Real Estate, the Stockmarket, business, etc. Get different perspectives, see what others have done, see if it is still applicable today, and then read some more. Go to investment forums, see what people are writing. Get a mentor, ask questions. Then read some more. Ask more questions. And do.

Stop wasting money on eating out. Once in a while is fine but not all the time.

Limit excessive spending.

Multiple income streams. Start small and focus on a couple types of income not limited to the same sector.

Set goals. Set percentages to what you want to spend, save/invest, and give (30/50/20 is a good spot for me).

Pay cash for anything you can, so you visually have to feel the dollars leaving your hands for whatever item or service you're buying. 9/10 times you'll find reservation.

Whatever CatBrah does or invests in, do the opposite.
