Friend lost 2.5M USD by hodling crypto (ded SRS)

good friend of mine invested around 10k USD in altcoin called Telcoin in 2019. it mooned so hard last year that his initial investment of 10k USD turned into fking 2.5M USD. we were all blown away, and at the peak everyone bought this altcoin as it was mooning 100% daily right in front of our eyes. i was amazed and happy for my friend, but he never cashed out. he took some profits (100k USD worh) but nothing compared to the gains he once had. now he has sadly lost everything. greed is a killer. i got greedy with GME and lost 80k USD in profits myself. stay safe boyos and always take profits!

Thats the life of a gambler, doesnt matter if u are playing at a casino, crypto or derivatives. Easy to look back and get mad becaue u didnt get out at the peak. But when u are riding the wave to the top, it ALWAYS seems like it will keep growing.

Sometimes i turned 2 grand into 20k after a few binging sesseions and went back to 2k or 0, u never know so just accept that u are gambling and have fun next time

I mean he still turned $10k into $100k in a 3 year span. That's pretty damn good. At least he was smart enough to cash out his investment and then some so the rest was house money.
