After going full retard on the wokium and losing mass amounts of subscribers, Netflix now sends out company wide memo that if you find certain Netflix projects offensive, maybe you should quit.

I just finished Narcos Mexico Season 3 and i saw an example of the wokeness. They tied in a story about a police officer in Mexico hunting down someone killing random women. It literally had nothing to do with the drug cartels but Netflix must have wanted to bring to light the issue of femicide in Mexico. It was so out of place. And go figure that was the last season.

Literally like 90% of their originals are full on woke. And it's not like you have to really be looking for it. It's blatant and has nothing to do with the show.

i didnt notice too much of it in Narcos in the older seasons which makes sense because wokeness is a little more recent. but season 6 only came out end of last year in peak wokeness and you're right that i didn't have to look for it and had nothing to do with the show.

People certainly care about groomer series and black viking queens. Your average person probably won't care a lot about every series having a token negro in it, but when they start pushing the boundaries they will get pushed back.

This. Why in the world would anybody think it’s because of their political beliefs? Every single network is “going woke” so with this logic, every single network should crash. But only Netflix is. HBO does yet they’re thriving. Disney does more than anybody else and are growing the fastest.

Netflix pumped a ton of money into bad shows. Regardless of casting choices, the shows largely suck. Bad cinematography, bad writing, bad editing, bad cgi. Low effort spam. Then made their driving metric for renewing shows to be how many subscribers does the show gain. So if s2 of a show doesn’t grow Netflix? Canceled. S1 doesn’t have enough growth? Canceled. So now there is a graveyard of shows ending in s1-3 with no endings so people aren't getting as invested. Why bother if you know your show will likely get cancelled in a season or two?

Everybody is pushing is equally with certain shows being better/worse across all platforms.

Euphoria is as bad as it gets (not anything pertaining to historical accuracy, just first show off the top of my head to make a point) yet it’s beloved due to being filmed so well. If that show was made by Netflix, it would be cancelled in a season and probably the #1 most attacked show on Netflix by the woke patrol

People really need to study psychology.

The idea of Group Think keeps happening over and over. What happens are places is that they hire one crazy person, that crazy person gets some kind of power, then all the other people are afraid to call out the crazy person on their stupid beliefs and decisions. So, the crazy person then leads everyone down a dangerous path.

Protected crazy people are crazy women, crazy gays, crazy religious people, and crazy black people.

Crazy women, gays, religious, and blacks are going to be prejudiced. So, they will hire subordinates who are like them in crazy behavior, so that makes the Group Think worse.

It's how places get infested with sexual predators like priests. Once one gets in you can bet he will get his network of predators involved.

People like this are MASSIVE egotists so they will not want normal people around, so again the Group Think effect intensifies because if a normal person speaks up, they will be out.

Most organizations are destroyed this way.

Their upcoming shows are all woke nonsense still though, so i dont think they got the message just yet..

I dont even care if a show is “diverse” just dont force it. Some of my favourite shows and movies have been majority black actors but it never felt like some contrived ploy.


What person had any issues with fresh prince? An all black show. Loved by everybody, black and white.
